Marti FisherPolicy Advocate for the California Chamber of Commerce  

A longtime occupational safety and health maven, Fisher now walks the corridors of the statehouse, advocating for employers and keeping an eye on Cal/OSHA's regulatory actions.

Title:  Fisher has been a policy advocate for the California Chamber of Commerce since 2006, specializing in occupational safety and health, health care, banking and finance, insurance, unemployment insurance and small business.

Resume: Prior to her current lobbying post, she served as director of Safety, Health and Regulatory Services with Associated General Contractors of California. She also served as safety officer, Sacramento County Department of General Services and Sacramento County Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Schools: Fisher received a master’s in business administration from California State University, Sacramento, and her undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico. Fisher rose through the ranks as a safety professional and now advocates for employers and small business in the state capitol.
