Labor Code § 6651 (2019) – Employer’s plea of financial hardship and request for financial relief from stipulated penalties was granted in part and denied in part. Employer failed to demonstrate that additional penalty reductions would further the purposes of the Cal/OSH Act. The ALJ, however, granted relief in the form of a 48-month payment plan.
