FLOOR, ROOF, AND WALL OPENINGS TO BE GUARDED - TEMPORARY RAILINGS, TOEBOARDS OR COVERS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1632(b)(1) (2013) - The injured employee was engaged in framing work at the time of the accident. The more specific §1716.2, and not the more general §1632(b)(1), applied. Employer complied with §1716.2.
