MULTI-EMPLOYER WORKSITES – CONTROLLING EMPLOYER
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 336.10 (2015) – Employer, the general contractor on a construction site, was the controlling employer. As a result, it was responsible for the safety of an individual whom the Division observed standing on the step below the topcap of a stepladder.
