Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(1) (2019) – Employer’s IIPP identified safety and training teams, committees, and a safety trainer, among others, as having responsibility for implementing the IIPP, but failed to identify individual members of those teams and committees by name or other reasonably specific identifier.
