February Is Posting Month

BERKELEY - Employers are required by the OSHA law to post a summary of their annual reports of illnesses and injuries throughout the month of February. The person who prepares the OSHA 200 summary must certify that the totals are correct and sign the form. The requirement applies to employers who had a total of more than 10 employees in 1995, unless they were in certain low hazard industries.The OSHA 200 summary must be on display where employees can see it for the entire month of February.
