Chemical Manufacturers Ask Federal Court – to Stop Prop. 65

LOS ANGELES - Suit was filed in federal district court January 26 by chemical manufacturers who want California prevented from enforcing Proposition 65 exposures in the workplace unless and until federal authorities do. The Coalition of Manufacturers for the Responsible Administration of Proposition 65 is seeking to protect California manufacturers and their suppliers from "bounty-hunter" lawsuits.
