This appeal was denied except that an alleged serious violation of 3203(a)(2) (accident prevention programs) and the proposed $350 penalty were vacated as duplicative. An alleged serious violation of 2510.4 (live parts on lighting fixtures) and the proposed $260 civil penalty were affirmed. At the hearing, the employer moved to withdraw the appeal of 16 general violations.
