After reconsideration on its own motion, COSHAB reversed the ALJ's decision, reinstating a serious violation of 3400(d) (medical services and first aid) with penalty of $185. The violation was of a requirement that: "Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use."
