The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 5, 1986 (Digest 16,493). The Board granted Employer's appeal from an alleged violation of 3314(d) (cleaning, repairing, servicing and adjusting prime movers, machinery and equipment). Reconsideration was on petition by the Division.
