Cal/OSHA’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating two new suspected workplace-related COVID-19 fatalities, plus four other incidents. In Moreno Valley, an occupational therapist at Cedar Mountain Post Acute died in early May from complications resulting from a COVID infection.
