CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 1621(a), 1624(a) and 1629(a)(3) (2001) - Employer's aerial device was in general violation of three safety orders because the runway an employee stepped from it onto was of inadequate width and had no railings, and the break in elevation exceeded 18 inches. The Appeals Board rejected Employer's argument that the cited Construction Safety Orders did not apply.
