PENALTIES - FINANCIAL HARDSHIP
The ALJ concluded that the Division's reduction of proposed penalties, from $57,450 down to $9,675, for three serious and three general violations which had been abated, was sufficient relief. There was no showing that Employer could not afford to pay the reduced amount, given a payment schedule of 36 months.
