SERIOUS INJURY - REPORTING
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 342(a) (2002) - Employer reported a serious injury to the Division as soon as it learned, through reasonable diligence, that the injury was serious. Although the report was made more than 8 hours after the accident
