AISLES, WALKWAYS AND CRAWLWAYS - INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3272(e) (2012) - Employer admitted at hearing that all aisles at its warehouse did not meet the safety order’s width requirements for two-way traffic operations. This, combined with the enforceability of §3272(e) during all phases of warehouse construction, established that all aisles were in violation of the safety order. The Board affirmed the citation and penalty.
