Flash Report: Cal/OSHA Says Changes Needed In Wake Of Wave-Pool Death

Mere recommendations will become requirements at Santa Clara's Great America theme park after a Cal/OSHA accident investigation into the July 2007 death of a four-year-old boy in the park's Great Barrier Reef wave pool. California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) released its report on the incident April 11.
