Standards Board to Consider Four Proposals May 20

SACRAMENTO -- The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will have four sets of proposed changes to safety orders before it when it meets May 20 at the State Building in Los Angeles. All but the first are mandated by changes to Fed-OSHA standards.The first set of revisions is proposed for Low Voltage Electrical Safety Order 2320.8 and High Voltage Electrical Safety Order 2940.6, Fall Protection and Apparel for Electrical Workers.A new 2320.8 entitled "Fall Protection" would replace the ex
