Job Injury WC Claims Are Falling

PORTLAND, OR - Job injury claim frequency in California plunged to another record low in the first quarter of 1994, according to the California Workers' Compensation Institute (CWCI). Insurers received 97 new claims for each $1 million of earned premium. That was 11.4 percent below claims for the same period last year.
