Fact-Finding Hearing on Workers’ Comp – Anti-Fraud Activities

BERKELEY - On February 20 in Los Angeles there will be a fact-finding hearing on workers' compensation anti-fraud activities. The Commission on Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation wants opinions from representatives of the workers' comp community about the various types of anti-fraud activities currently in use.
