SACRAMENTO - Yossi Levi, a former owner of Five Star Construction, will join former Five Star foreman Javier Bobadilia in Los Angeles County Jail. In April both men were convicted of felony insurance fraud and ordered to pay restitution and fines.The D.A.'s office has also filed charges against two other former Five Star owners---Aaron Dror, 37, and Goddon Barad, 46.
