SAN RAMON, CA - During the month of February, employers with 11 or more employees must post, from the Cal-OSHA Form 200, the summary of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during 1997, according to the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).The requirement for employers to post the injury and illness summary on the employee bulletin board helps workers evaluate the safety and health effort at their worksites and encourages them to work with their employers to find and fix hazards and re
