SAN FRANCISCO - Policy & Procedure documents give Cal-OSHA compliance staff directions for enforcing safety and health standards. Read in connection with the Title 8 standard they accompany, they provide guidance for employers as well as inspectors. The latest versions of two important P&Ps were issued June 4, 1998, as drafts.
