Safety Training at a Modest Cost

Sunnyvale Safety School will be held August 20 at the Sunnyvale Senior Center. Instructors for a full day of classes are safety professionals from cities, the Contra Costa County Schools Insurance Group, Hewlett Packard and other employers, vendors and Cal-OSHA. One track of classes is devoted to emergency response; among other subjects to be covered are safe playgrounds, reducing exposure to CTDs, fall protection and 3M respiratory protection training.Registration is due by August 14.
