SALINAS -- You may have noticed that the titles of several Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) officials have changed. That's because the Division has renamed two departments. The Field Operations unit, headed by Vicky Heza, based in Anaheim, is now known as the Cal/OSHA Enforcement Unit. Health and Technical Services has been changed to Health and Engineering Services.
