“Close Enough” Variance Decision Not Fair, Manufacturing Firm Says

DUBLIN -- The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will consider a petition for rehearing to the Hayward firm Heat and Control after rejecting the firm's variance request regarding gas tungsten arc welding (TIG) procedures.
