SAN FRANCISCO -- California's Third District Court of Appeal has denied a petition for rehearing by the Cal/OSH Standards Board, instead ordering minor amendments to its Oct. ruling that upheld the state's ergonomics standard.The board petitioned the court Nov. 12 for rehearing because of what it called misstatements and omissions of material fact in the ruling.
