The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited the West Point Military Academy in New York state for two willful and four serious violations related to its fire safety procedures.The academy was cited for failure to provide adequate fire alarm systems and for not providing access to an unlocked doorway exit, both alleged willful violations.
