An Arizona appeals court has ruled that a bakery worker who accepted her job even though she was allergic to flour is entitled to workers' compensation benefits. The court ruled that an employee cannot be denied benefits if he or she chooses a job that he or she knows could cause illness.The woman took a job as a baker despite her allergy to flour and became ill a number of times.
