SANTA MONICA -- Cal/OSHA is investigating yet more recent fatal or serious injury accidents in California.PASADENA: A tree trimmer employed by Santiago's Tree Trimming was electrocuted on June 30 while trimming an elm tree. Electrical lines overhead carried 16 kV, and lines carrying 110/120 volts ran through the branches of the tree.
