An alleged serious violation of 4302(a) (circular knives and crosscut saws, class B) was reduced to general. A proposed $300 penalty was vacated.

Employer used a circular table saw that was not guarded in compliance with the safety order. It had a hood over part of the blade; however, it did not cover the blade at least to the depth of the teeth as required.
