The Division conducted a complaint inspection and a follow-up inspection resulting in citations for six general and one serious violations. Penalties of $1,690 were proposed for the general violations and $1,125 for the serious violation. The Division withdrew one of the general violations and its $563 penalty for lack of sufficient evidence.
