A programmed inspection was conducted at Employer's vineyard and citations were issued alleging two general violations and one serious violation (reduced to general at the hearing by motion from the Division). A $750 penalty was proposed for each, based on the Labor Code 6712(d) provision for field sanitation which mandates $750 as the minimum penalty for failure to provide required facilities.
