The Appeals Board denied Employer's petition to reconsider an ALJ decision dated May 17, 1993 (Digest 18,278). The ALJ decision had denied Employer's appeals from failure to abate notification and penalties for six general violations remaining unabated after a reinspection, and from two new violations discovered on reinspection. Proposed penalties totaling $39,975 were reduced by motion from the Division at the hearing to $4,635.
