In a complaint-initiated inspection of the same construction site as in Knecht's, above, the Division discovered three general and four serious alleged violations for which it issued citations and proposed civil penalties. At the hearing, one general violation was withdrawn by the Division, consolidating it with an alleged general violation of 1509(a) (amended from (3203(a)(2)).
