CODE REGS, tit. 8, 2340.1 (2000) - The unrepaired condition of an electrical panel, pending acquisition of parts, was not a serious violation where Employer had instituted an interim procedure to remove the hazard. The violation itself occurred because of the request from the Division inspector for a demonstration of the printing equipment.
