SAN DIEGO - The Cal-OSH Standards Board has logged a petition that requests that Cal-OSHA develop a regulation for protection against violence in the workplace. Susan L. Chaussee of Irvine, CA, told the board that Washington State has adopted the "Late Night Retail Workers Crime Protection" statute (WAC 296-24-102 & 296-24-10203).
