(1) Appellant was a cinema theatre operator. The alleged violations concerned the projection room within the theatre. The projection room had two exits, one leading directly to the aisle of the balcony to which it abuts, the other was raised 4 1/2 feet above the aisle to which it abuts. This second exit had no stairway or ladder.
