Sanitation, Water Closets for Female Employees. The appeal was denied with respect to an alleged violation of Section 3244(d) T8 CAC, for an alleged failure to provide separate water closets for female employees. The citation alleged eight nonserious violations, with the Division withdrawing one and the others not in issue.
