[1] Crane, Operation Closer Than 10 Feet to Energized Lines [contact with 12,000 volt overhead lines]---[2] Penalties, Serious, Repeat. This appeal was denied. Appellant's crane contacted high voltage overhead wires. Appellant had received a citation from the same region within a period of three years for the same violation. That condition had been abated; there had been no appeal.

The events of September 9, 1975 were affirmed as a repeat serious violation of 1768. The penalty was affirmed in the $1700 amount proposed.
