[1] Employer, Duty to Eliminate Hazards Under His Control [Labor Code 6400 construed]---[2] Violations, Serious vs Nonserious [Labor Code 6432 construed]. This appeal from an alleged serious violation of 3273(a) was granted to the extent that the established violation was reclassified as nonserious. Accordingly the proposed penalty was reduced from $800 to $300.
