[1] Jurisdiction, Fed-OSHA's Lack of Requirement Not Controlling on Cal-OSHA---[2] Electrical, Flexible Cords, Portable Equipment. Appellant was originally cited for 52 alleged nonserious violations. Total penalties of $210 were proposed. Of the six items contested, this appeal established the existence of five violations. The abatement dates for seven violations were extended by stipulation of the parties. There was no penalty reduction.
