SACRAMENTO -- The Cal/OSH Standards Board has granted a petition by the California Retailers Association (CRA) to add a new regulation that would clarify state Labor Code language related to the securing of merchandise in so-called "working warehouses."The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Standards Board staff both agreed that CRA's proposal should be adopted.
