SAN DIEGO -- The Cal/OSH Standards Board held a public hearing on two proposals at its Nov. 18 meeting in San Diego.The first would amend Title 8, 417.1, Rules and Procedure for Interim and Permanent Variances, and Appeals from Temporary Variances.
