SAN DIEGO - On July 23, three months after an unidentified firefighter filed a complaint, Cal-OSHA cited the Pasadena Fire Department for improper safety training and failure to provide fire shields for fighting brush fires, among eight citations. The city was given 30 days to correct the alleged violations.
