Cal/OSHA Cites Company in Port Worker Death

Cal/OSHA has issued four citations and proposed almost $7,500 in fines to a Chinese company in the wake of a worker's death at the Port of Oakland.The citations - two serious, one general and another regulatory - charge Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co., Ltd., with various violations of Title 8 safety orders.
