SAN DIEGO - In the course of his administrative report to Cal-OSHA advisors on May 5, Chief John Howard discussed the workplace violence conference Cal-OSHA presented April 13 in Century City. (See NEWS p. 00-5925.)"Its purpose was to tell us what was known, and what we needed to know, about preventive measures. One of the things we learned was that there were a whole lot more people interested in this topic than we thought."Cal-OSHA has been asked whether there will be another such conference.
