SAN DIEGO -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has cited an employer in the November 2002 death of an oil well derrick man who was burned beyond recognition when the well exploded.Joseph Currington, 45, an employee of Caza Drilling, Inc., died after a blowout at a drilling operation in Saugus.
