Two employers caught in the act of doing something right in California's Inland Empire were the first recipients of recognition letters from the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service under the new Golden Partnership program.Dick Pacific Construction, a Hawaii company completing a 520-megawatt power plant in Blythe, and H&M Construction, which is erecting a 1.3-million-square-foot distribution plant in Perris, received Golden Gate Partnership letters in September.
