SAN FRANCISCO - In the much discussed Electromation decision, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) found that an employee participation program established by the Elkhart, IN, company violated labor law because it was illegally dominated by management. Electromation is a non-union company. The committee dealt with safety and health issues.
