The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued citations alleging hundreds of violations of federal safety standards and proposed penalties of almost $3 million against two Texas firms.U.S. Denro Steel, based in southeastern Texas, has been charged with 182 violations, 126 classified as willful, with proposed penalties of more than $1.7 million.
